Description
SDB-XLF series xenon-light fastness testers can simulate the conditions of various natural environments, such as high temperature, low temperature, humid heat, ultraviolet light, etc., so that the product can age rapidly in these environments, so as to detect its quality and reliability. The equipment can also perform optical aging tests, that is, simulate the effect of solar rays on products, especially ultraviolet rays. Xenon lamp aging test chamber can also be used for aging tests of a variety of materials, such as plastics, rubber, coatings, metals and so on. In addition, xenon lamp aging test chamber can also be used for product testing in some special industries, such as automotive, electronics, aviation, medical and so on.

Main technical features
1. The whole box shell is made of exquisite paint, and the material in the chamber is SUS304 high-grade anti-corrosion mirror stainless steel plate. The structure design is reasonable and the manufacturing process is excellent.
2. The thermal insulation material between the inner box and the outer box is high-quality ultra-fine glass fiber thermal insulation cotton, which plays a good role in thermal insulation.
3. The air duct in the box adopts a double circulation system, which is composed of long-axis axial fan, stainless steel multi-wing centrifugal wind turbine and circulation air duct. The upper outlet air and the lower inlet air ensure the uniform temperature in the box, improve the air flow, heating and cooling capacity, and greatly improve the temperature and humidity uniformity of the test chamber.
4. 7 inch colored touch LCD. It displays the working status of rainfall, irradiation, turntable,etc dynamically.
5. Communication port is equipped(RS232/RS485, maximum distance 1.2km. Up to 30km if using optical fiber).
6. French Tecumseh brand compressor, condenser and fin-type multi-stage evaporator are equipped for the cooling system. The solenoid valve is from Japanese Saginomiya. The dry filter is from American Emerson. The core components are all from Famous brands to ensure the stability of working performance of the cooling system.
7. The electrical control parts are from Schneider and Omron which have long lifetime.
