Main technical features
1. The outer liner and inner liner are made of a special high-strength, low-temperature and corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy plate, which is durable.
2. The cover plug is made of special plastic, which can reduce the evaporation of liquid nitrogen and holds the canisters.
3. The neck tube is made of special glass reinforced plastic, high strength, low temperature resistance, low thermal conductivity; Compared with stainless steel, its thermal conductivity is only 1/50 of stainless steel, which can minimize the heat entering from the neck, thereby reducing the amount of evaporation of liquid nitrogen.
4. The insulation material is filled in the space between the inner and outer liners. Our company uses advanced equipment to make it by winding layers, and then pumping this space into a high vacuum, so as to obtain a small amount of liquid evaporation. The vacuum part is equipped with gas adsorbent, which can absorb the gas volatilized by metals or other substances in the vacuum chamber, so as to maintain a high vacuum for a long time.
