SDB-BJ series Disintegration Testers are medicine testing instruments for the disintegration time limit detection of tablets, capsules and pills according to the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.

Main technical features
1. SCM technology is used to control the water bath temperature and working time intelligently. The temperatures and times can be displayed on the LCD.
2. This instrument is equipped with 3 sets of lifting baskets. Each working unit can be controlled separately.
3. High precision digital electronic sensors are used to ensure high precision and accuracy of water bath temperature without calibration.
4. The temperature of the water bath is automatically controlled by the instrument at 37.0℃. The preset temperature can be reset at any time in both directions.
5. The instrument automatically sets the lifting time of the basket to 15 minutes. The time can also be reset at will in both directions.
6. Overheat alarm and protection functions are set.
